I’d love to see an enhancement to the "Status" dropdown filter in the performance dashboard. Right now, the only options available are "In Progress" and "Finalized" (or awaiting to be finalized which is a setting we dont use, rendering it useless), which don’t help in identifying employees who have completed their side (self-reflection) versus those who haven't started or are still pending manager review.
It would be much more useful if the filter included a way to see which employees have completed their self-reflection easily. Currently, I have to search for each employee individually and check if the "Completed" hyperlink appears. Adding this as a distinct filter option—or incorporating it into the count on the top right—would make tracking progress much more efficient.
Additionally, since our team doesn’t use the "Finalize" setting, having the system remove that as a filter option would help streamline the process.
