The character limit in the PO Item description field is currently limiting communications.
Example of a description they would like to enter;
Call site 24 hours in advance to schedule deliveries. Site contacts, First Name Last Name @ Firstname.LastName@bird.ca, (555) 555-5555 or First Name Last Name @ Firstname.LastName@bird.ca, (666) 666-6666

Notes could work but then our users would request for the Notes field to be on the Entry screen. Currently to reach Notes you have to click the 3 dots -> Edit notes, which is too many clicks. :(
