We would like to have the ability to modify the fields presented to users when submitting a credit card receipt through the quick add function. It is difficult for our field users to add important information such as the job number or equipment number to a receipt. These fields are present when selecting 'Edit Expense Info', but we would like the option to add this to Quick Add. This has been a major point of frustration to both our field users and project management department as it makes submitting a credit card receipt more difficult on a mobile device and requires more administrative work from our project management department to route receipts.
