Currently employees have the ability to delete the reviewer which populates based on the workflow assigned to an action item. (Specifically I am referring to the "User group to route to" option within the Action item workflow) This defeats the purpose of setting up an established workflow for a given action item if the integrity of the review process can be altered by the employee. Please add the ability to disable this feature.
The process we are trying to leverage the action item template for is to allow employees to submit information on donations they have made, which will then be reviewed / approved and a corresponding donation match will be processed. We require an approval workflow in place so that Accounting can review the submission, verify validity of the tax receipt, and then approve and send it off for the match to be processed. Currently however employees have the ability to delete the reviewer from Accounting and either route it to someone else (even themselves) or just delete it and submit it without an approval in place.
