Consider adding the ability to flag items in the Library Docs as "new" or "updated" and have the indicator expire after some period of time. If we update documents, it would make it easier to find if an icon or different font could be used to designated recently added or updated documents. If you want to be fancy, you could make the "new" or "updated" indicator be aware of the last time that employee looked at the document. Another option would be to add a new pane at the top of the Library Docs page (the new pane could be collapsible) that contains a list of recently updated documents.
