If we are inspecting a large building, we often will ask a random employee to sign (like a charge nurse). They often don't want to be added as a contact and we don't want them as a contact. In this case, we request an option in the drop down for an "Employee" or some other term where they will enter their Print Name and Signature but it will not add a contact to the system. Just a one-off person signing.
