Ability to Hide/Unhide Budgeted Labor Hours on Scope Summary Based on Company

One of our company branches has requested the option to hide the Budgeted Labor Hours for their team. The reason for this is that they include extra hours in the budget for tasks like callbacks and additional support when needed. The service management team is concerned that if technicians see these hours, they might assume they have more time allocated to their work orders than what is actually necessary to complete the tasks. While this approach works for their team, other service managers in different branches/ companies prefer to keep the budgeted hours visible for their own purposes. As a result, they are requesting that this setting be made configurable on a company-specific basis.
