When someone is creating an expense in the portal, would be handy to use a PO#. That way AP can track it in the system as sometimes a staff member might expense using their personal credit card and then the invoice comes in, AP thinks it needs to be paid still, and then the invoice gets paid by company banking EFT as well.
If the PO was fully billed, this wouldn't occur and would prompt further research.

Hello, You can choose a PO while filling out an expense by changing the line type to PO. If you don't see the line type, it can be enabled in portal settings under "Expense line types to enable"
