Majority of technicians are either using a mobile device or an ipad to access Field Service Work Order Dashboard. We have found that on a desktop the Work Completed notes section is able to be expanded, but on a mobile device or a ipad this is not able to be done. The technicians can only see 2 lines at a time. Work completed notes can get quite extensive so we would find it valuable to increase the size of the box or allow the stretch capability of the work completed notes section on mobile devices.

Hi everyone! We are reviewing this with the team
Spoke with 17 HVAC techs and 10 Foremen. They all are in favor of changing the work completed notes box. This has been a problem since the last update. Field notes and accuracy have declined significantly. Please advise.

I am voting for over 60 technicians that need this to happen, basically all of area 3 service, this needs to be done, we ask our men for detailed notes and they need more space period, ASAP, we cannot do our jobs without good notes.
