When approving invoices, the charge to summary for each line item includes the job/GL/equipment and any associated descriptions. However, it does not include the company it was charged to. You need to view the details for each line to ensure it was charged to the correct GLCo/JCCo/EMCo. It would be nice if the company number were included in the summary. Something simple such as 38-860000.09. Computer Expense -Office would suffice.
