We have fillable forms with required fields, and we've added them to hiring process builder as signature required. Applicants & Onboardees are able to sign and complete without filling out any of the fillable fields (despite https://keystyle.ideas.aha.io/ideas/KDS-I-4178 in SHIPPED status...I thnk this is slightly different)
