Our cash out policy has certain restrictions that we are unable to easily maintain due to the fact employees have the option to go in and request "all hours" regardless of what time they have available, usuable time increments, etc. Even if there was a separate header we could customize to reiterate the policy, that would be helpful. Right now it's included at the top of the page, but the employees checking that box every week do NOT care about that. I need to be able to put some type of portal restrictions there.
