Currently when users use the Add Note button in the coding section of an Expense Receipt in the Employee Portal it isn't visible to anyone besides themselves. This creates delays in payments because the reviewer can't see the notes so the expense is rejected back to the user under the assumption that no note was added. The user then has to enter the same information in the header section of the Expense Receipt. However it may not apply to all lines of coding, again creating confusion.
