The unsubmitted timecard reminder emails the employee the card was saved for provided the employee has access to the standard or grid timecard. If they don't have access, no reminder can be sent. It should email the author of the card instead or offer the option to. It might be nice to have an additional option to remind someone (maybe from a pick list) when an employee does not yet have any saved timecards.
