The dropdowns for POItem and POItemLine in Financial Controls invoice review lack sufficient information for accurate selection.
In purchase orders where material is repeated across multiple phases, a POItem is created for each phase. However, the descriptions for these POItems are identical.
Currently, the dropdown only displays the POItem # and the repeated description, without indicating the specific phase associated with each POItem. This creates challenges for invoice reviewers in making the correct selection.
