We would like our field managers to be able to manage through the job requisition and onboarding process up until the initialize to VISTA step without the HR team needing to have to step in. However, we would like to see the option to limit visibility of the voluntary self-identification forms that are completed in the application and onboarding steps to HR only (or a specific admin group) to help avoid potential discrimination claims.
