Remove calendar from date of birth fields in onboarding portal

I request that the calendar be removed from the date of birth (DOB) fields in the onboarding portal because it causes confusion for the user. The user begins to type the DOB, then the calendar pops up and inevitably the current year is keyed instead of the year of birth. The DOB in the personal information section then auto-fills to the Form I-9. Vista does not have the USCIS required audit trail for the electronic Form I-9, so correction can only be made manually by printing out the form to ensure compliance. It appears that the DOB pulls from the Form I-9 when initialized to Viewpoint which results in an incorrect DOB in the personnel file which then must be manually corrected. Case #32012060
