We would like to see the option for employees to sign and certify once per week, not per day. But, would like to see the hours on the dashboard (basically it would have the same submittal process as using the web browser). This would be easier on the employee and easier on the reviewer since now the reviewer has to look at one "crew" card per employee per day instead of a grid total (see example)

Our field supervisors approve the time before they come into the office for the project manager to review. The comment I heard that they would prefer to be able to see them daily, keeps things more accurate and they said it's likely that they could forget what they did in the beginning of the week if they can't see until Thursday. I can see this point, especially with a large crew.
Hi Amy,
Thanks for clarifying. At this time, the app will only transmit data to the web when the day is submitted. Looking forward to hearing more from the community on this.
Nope, I mean per day so if I have one employee enter their time on the app, I wouldn't be able to go to their timecard and see it until they submit at the end of the week. If I have an employee enter it on the browser, I could go in and see the time they entered and saved as soon as they saved it.
Are you asking if you can see time per week by employee? This exists within the reports. Time can be submitted for the entire week in the mobile app as of the last release.
Best
Looks like this is in progress, we have some supervisors approving time this way but they are not able to see the time until it's final submitted (unlike the browser where supervisors can see the time as it's saved but not submitted). Will this functionality be added?
