When SSO is enabled and an employee is terminated SSO must manually be unlinked for the employee to access Vista Web using their employee number until the employee is deactivated (after their final pay period is processed). If this was based on Recent Separation Date/Term Date no manual intervention would be needed to unlink SSO allowing prior employees immediate access to their paystubs, tax docs, etc.
