We have field employees who move to a new supervisor, and it would be nice to know what employee groups the employee is in so that we can keep them up to date. A supervisor doesn't want to see employees that no longer report to him.
Also, if an employee who is an approver leaves the company, you could use this feature to see what groups that employee was in to replace with the new approver.
