Under Performance, in the 'Manager View,' the option to 'Hide Previous Reviews' hides the reviews finalized in the past by the user outside of the most recent performance reviews.
It does not remove reviews for no longer active employees. These have to be manually purged under Manage Performance Reviews.
It would be helpful if they were hidden when the option to 'Hide Previous Reviews' was checked instead.
