When assigning documents via the Document Library, they can only be assigned to a GROUP. We would benefit from assigning documents in the Document Library to an INDIVIDUAL for acknowledgement or signature. We cannot reasonably create a group for every individual in the company to share documents for signature. We would like to enter an individual's EMAIL ADDRESS in lieu of/or in addition to a GROUP when sharing a document. Alternatively, we use an external tool to send documents and request signatures, and then manually download and attach it to the employee record in Vista, which is less cost and time effective than if we can do it all from within the Employee Portal.
