We can currently see the Company and Department, It would be good if we could also customize the dashboard to view other employee criteria such as craft/class. We use the exported excel dashboard to review hours and would be more efficient if we can sort the list by department and craft for review.

The dashboard works great for what we are using it for currently...this would just be an added convenience but I don't think worth the time and trouble to customize a completely different report and I don't believe I have access to reports in the portal
A report in Keystyle or a report in Vista? I dont think we have access to
run reports in the Portal. We have a timecard detail in Vista but it is
too detailed and cumbersome...the dashboard is already perfect for what we
need it for except for this field would be a good addition. Would like
this info added but don't want to pay for a report to be customized. We
were just thinking if this could be added to the dashboard would be
convenient.

For this one, it will be easier to create an ssrs report that has all the detail you need. Log a case in clearview and they can help you get the data you need.
