Currently the expense admin is part of the reviewer sequence setup in HQ Reviewer Group for expenses. We've set $500 as a threshold and so those expenses submitted route to an additional reviewer after the expense admin approves. Since the HQ Reviewer Group does not allow the same approver to be added more than once, after the final over $500 threshold reviewer approves, there is currently no way for the admin to know the final reviewer is done approving. This leaves the admin needing to monitor when the threshold reviewer approved. It would be helpful and more time efficient to have this automated with a final email notification sent to the expense admin after the final approval is complete.
