Trying to attach a stand alone file is a real pain in Vista when it's saved elsewhere. If there could be a drop down list of employees for Admins on the "upload a document" part of (kind of like in timecards or timeoff) that would be a big time saver! To be able to drag and drop a file from our network would be awesome.
