All active reviewers in the KDS HQ AP Reviewer Group should be in the reviewer drop list (Approval>Invoice Review) whether or not they have unapproved invoices currently assigned. This allows AP Supervisor (common username attached to all reviewers) to check status of all reviewers without leaving the portal. Additionally it would allow newly added reviewers (with no invoices to approve) to see their own name in the drop list.
