We have documents set to ignore if hired after a certain date. This presents a major problem for any rehired employees. They just completed the form during onboarding, then the document dashboard assigns it to them again because they were originally hired before the ignore date.
Adding the ability for employers to manually include or exclude individual employees from document task tracking (without having to mess with groups) would allow employers to maintain control over these issues.
