If adding a user, the other reviewers and reviewer levels can't be modified without deleting the reviewer and re-adding. For instance, if you have 2 reviewers (Bob level 1, Cindy level 2), you can't add an additional reviewer and change the order without deleting the other user(s).
Also, when an approver is deleted, the remaining reviewers are not automatically reordered. For instance, delete reviewer Jordan level 1, which leaves Cindy level 2 and Jamie level 3. Let us reorder so Cindy is level 1 and Jamie is level 2 without deleting Jamie and Cindy and re-adding.
The process is lengthier than it should be, so our end users just reject the invoice and send it back to AP to change. Allow us to move up/down in the edit reviewers screen.

Correct Michael. Currently, we have to delete the existing level 2 and re-add him as a level 3 so he can review after the newly added level 2. On the flipside, if you delete a level 1 or 2 reviewer, that leaves the others as level 1 and 3 or level 2 and 3. That may work (I haven't tested), but it seems like Keystyle should reorder for you so there are no missing levels.
It would be more of changing the 1st reviewer to another if the original reviewer is unavailable.
