When in the Benefit Dashboard, we have it set so employees can request a new window and it auto approves. If they have more than one window, it is locking up.
Example: Employee had an open window they did not complete and it expired. Employee had a second window open and they completed it and it was processed to Vista. When reviewing benefit rates for the second window, all rates were doubled as it was adding both window benefit rates together. The ONLY way to get the first window purged was to purge the current window that was approved and pushed to Vista. So now we have data in Vista that no longer exists in the portal (data integrity issue). We had to purge current window, purge prior window and create a third new window to reprocess benefits to have accurate records. (Thankfully this was all in test but is a situation that can/will happen in real life).
We need to be able to select the window to update or purge instead of it only pulling current. We can put in a support ticket to get it cleared but that seems like a waste of resources if the functionality is there on the backside to be able to select the window.
Spoke with Michael about this but he said it's a Kellie resolution. :)
