1) Add the option to "require a signature" when finalizing an action item or checklist. We'd like to use it for assigning equipment to individuals - we fill out the action item w/ items being assigned and 'workflow' it to the individual where they finalize/sign the document.
2) The same could be accomplished by allowing us to assign fields to a person in the workflow to fill out (similar to admin-only fields in onboarding). We could populate the equipment list and have the next 'section' be assigned to the next person in the workflow where there would be a signature field.
Option 2 would also be useful in forms where we need input from multiple parties - for example, we could make an incident report form where an employee fills out the form and the safety director is able to add comments or additional information.
