It's wonderful that users can customize and save one grid layout. It would be fantastic if users could save multiple grid layouts.
This would be beneficial since users often require viewing different sets of columns depending on receipt status, expense type etc.
It is very time consuming and cumbersome to rearrange grid layouts multiple times a day to view pertinent information. Keeping all 29 columns in view is overwhelming and inefficient especially with scrolling to the bottom of the page then right and then left losing required columns to remain in view e.g. Receipt ID, Receipt Description etc. to identify which line they are viewing.
Use cases:
Users would likely view Batch Month, Batch ID, AP Reference for Added to Batch and All Receipt Statuses only.
Users would view CC Last Four, Post Date, Import Date for credit card expenses only.
Users may want to remove Batch Month, Batch ID, AP Reference, CC Last Four, Post Date, Import Date for Approved, Pending Approval Reimbursements only.
How this could work: When a user selects Save Grid Layout, the user would be provided with a tool where they could customize the grid layout name; delete or save changes to existing grid layouts; and be able to save at least 6 different grid layouts.
