For expenses with Added to Batch status in the Expense Posting Dashboard, when a user selects Delete Whole Receipt via the Actions button, the user receives an error message that states the user must Clear the Batch Status specifically if they want to delete a whole receipt.
However, when a user selects Reject via the Actions button, the user receives an error message, but the error message doesn’t specify that the user must Clear the Batch Status specifically if they want to reject an expense.
Please amend the error message to include “Clear the batch status in order to reject” so the required steps are clear, and this will provide a more consistent experience to the user.
