For expenses where an attachment has been deemed mandatory, a red paperclip appears on the Receipts Pending Submission grid and a Missing Attachments icon appears in the Edit Expense Receipt Module.
For expenses where an attachment has not been deemed mandatory, the red paperclip should not be populating on the Receipts Pending Submission grid. This is confusing to users as to whether they require an attachment or not. Currently users must navigate to the Edit Expense Receipt module to view if there is a Missing Attachments icon or not which is inefficient for users. Please disable the red paperclip from appearing for expenses where an attachment has not been deemed mandatory.
