The portal currently requires a performance review to have three buttons pressed before the review is completed between the employ and the supervisor. It would be great if there was a portal setting to limit the finalization process to just requiring the supervisor to click the Finalize button and the review is completed. Basically we would like to have it become a one step process instead of three buttons that need to be clicked.
