In Vista, we have the ability to add a Reviewer Group to a Specific Job #. Efficiencies would be gained if, in the TC1 Invoices Process, there is an option to associate an invoice being processed to a Job #- maybe include this as a search field? In most cases, our PM's ask that vendors refer to the job number in the invoice. If the job is set up with a Reviewer Group, the processed invoice would then match the job number in Vista, pulling in the Reviewer Group associated with the Job, which could then move directly to a ready status and progress to the Employee Portal for coding automatically eliminating several steps. Better yet, have two checkbox's next to the Project Manager that says (Is Reviewer (R) or Reviewer Group (G)) and have that automatically fill in the Reviewers or Reviewer Group boxes!
