Right now, AP users cannot see what is in progress at the employee level. We do need to see what is pending submission and have a way to prompt users to either remove them or submit them when they sit in that state for too long (let's say over 1 month - this could be a portal setting).
To prevent accidental promotion of these items to a batch by Expense Posting Dashboard users, apply a restriction for singular or bulk Move to Batch.
Ensure Expense Posting Dashboard users, when viewing these items, cannot save changes/edit either. It would still be the responsibility of the approver or the submitter to do this.
Support the view workflow function.
Support the export to Excel function.
Add 'send reminder' feature (email reminder to the user they have to complete their expense submission & send for approval). This feature needs to be enabled at the receipt level but also be a bulk function. The email will go to the employee with a cc to the approver(s).
