Right now, AP users cannot see what is in progress at the employee level. We do need to see what is pending submission and have a way to prompt users to either remove them or submit them when they sit in that state for too long (let's say over 1 month - this could be a portal setting).

• To prevent accidental promotion of these items to a batch by Expense Posting Dashboard users, apply a restriction for singular or bulk Move to Batch.

• Ensure Expense Posting Dashboard users, when viewing these items, cannot save changes/edit either. It would still be the responsibility of the approver or the submitter to do this.

• AP Admin should have visibility if a receipt in Pending Submission was previously rejected.

• Support the view workflow function.

• Support the export to Excel function.

• Add 'send reminder' feature to be enabled at the receipt level since AP users will want to select which receipts they want to send an email reminder for e.g. expenses that have been sitting in pending submission 4 weeks but not for newly created expenses. The bulk function under the More option does not support this. The email will go to the employee with a cc to the approver(s).

• The email reminder would advise the employee they have to complete their expense submission & send for approval.
