If a user wants to remove filters, they have to manually search for the red ellipses & remove each filter separately or reset the grid. However, that's not an efficient use of time when users want to remove/reset filters only but not reset the columns.
A feature exists for Columns where users are able to select columns, then dynamically pick what they do/don't want to see all at once.
We need a similar feature for manipulating filters. Ideally, this tool should only show filters currently applied so they can be removed more strategically. Users would still have to set filters, one column at a time using tools provided.
