In Submit Expense, Edit Expense Receipt and the Expense Reports generated, there is a field labeled as "Vendor." However, this field is labeled as "Location" in the Expense Posting Dashboard.
In the Expense Posting Dashboard, the field labeled as "Vendor" contains the employee's vendor number.
The mismatch of the field labels is confusing to users when trying to match information. This also creates confusion when employees and managers are communicating with AP Admin.
It would be great if the matching fields could contain the same label which would benefit all users.
Q - Can “Location” in Expense Posting be renamed to “Vendor” so they match Submit Expense, Edit Expense & Expense Reports generated?
Q - Could the “Vendor” field in Expense Posting that contains the employee Vendor number be renamed to “Employee Vendor#?” or something else?
