There should be an option to upload a document to the portal for a sinlge employee rather than a whole group. There are certain documents that only need to go out to one employee at a time. If we could add a document for acknowledgement or signature in the portal, that can serve as any legal notification requirement proof as well as reduce the burden on us to find other ways of getting documents to people.
