Supervisor (which can be different than the Hiring Manager)
Supervisor Phone Number
Position Code (using the position codes setup in HR)
Hourly Rate (optional and whether it is on the Job Req or included in the Onboarding, this gives HR a record of what rate that person was hired at for this requisition).

UPDATE: Our company is starting to expand our Postion Codes based on Training Needs so the assignment of Position Code would be better served as an entry at the end of the Applicant Tracking or during the Onboarding Process. For example, we could advertise for an Equipment Operator but we now have several Equipment Operator Position Codes (Equp Oper 1, 2, 3, 4) depending on the types of equipment that an employee can operate. The different position codes for Equipment Operator defines the required training and equipment. Same with Carpenter 1, 2, 3 - Laborer 1, 2 3, etc.
Definitely Position Code so we can track the Vista HR Position Code we are hiring for and push over doing Onboarding.
