Provide each employee an opportunity to enlist in a company wide wellness program that would culminate at the end of the year. Each participating employee would receive a Fit-bit device to be worn every day throughout the year. The employee would have to register the device and record all the data online. At the end of the program year, the individuals, pick the top ten performers, would receive a $500 bonus. This bonus could be part of a holiday bonus calculation. The factors for calculating the best performers could be miles logged, and/or weight loss for example. All employees could benefit from a better healthy lifestyle.
