When a new user first goes to Job Requisitions Page the built in grid layout has the On Click Columns (GREEN) off the page they can't see them so they don't know they can dive into the req and applicant data. This is true for the On Click in Individual Requisitions Pages, as well. If the On Click Columns were always the first column it would be much easier to learn to navigate the system.
