Employees should be allowed to cancel/modify time off requests for future dates on their own in the portal, even if they've already been "approved." I don't want or need an employees reaching out to me to cancel future requests for them so they can modify/resubmit or just cancel it altogether. Just a notification to the admins/manager informing us of the cancellation/modification is fine.
