Please incorporate a save for the column width as part of the Save Grid Layout function. It's annoying to have to autofit/resize these.
Also, the text on this form in columns should wrap to show more as columns are expanded. We expand to see text so a wrap text feature (like you have on Receipt Pending Submission & Expense Approval Pages) would really help users our here.
