When a user is about to overwrite existing data while performing the bulk coding action from the Expense Submission screen, they should be alerted #1 there is no UNDO to this function and #2 when they are about to overwrite existing data.
It is very easy for a user to undo information already added to an expense and replace it with bad information if or when they accidentally select wrong items during this bulk function.
