HQ Reviewers can see/monitor 100% of the transactions making their way through the workflow, but we need the ability to disallow some HQ Reviewers from modifying or approving or denying a given transaction.
Can this functionality be added when determining what activities a given HQ Reviewer can perform in the workflow? In this example, we would want Monitoring permission but would not want edit/approve/deny permission.
Without this segregation, if giving employees monitoring access they need to keep transactions moving through, we end up losing confidence that an approved invoice that flows to Open AP for payment has actually been approved by the pre-defined approver. It could have been approved by any HQ Reviewer, destroying our confidence that we are making proper payments.
