Can you add a portal setting to require or not require the fields when creating a new work order. We would find it useful to be able to select the fields we want required and the ones we don't. Specifically right now the "Requested by" should be required since we can allow techs and or others to create new work orders out in the field. We need to know who gave authorization for that new work order to be created.
