When a user is linked with a Viewpoint ID, the error message given on unsuccessful sign-in does not direct a user to attempt to sign in with their linked Viewpoint ID.
If a user is already linked to a VPID, either an error message stating as such should be displayed, or even better yet automatically redirect you to sign in with the appropriate sign-in method
