When an employee updates their personal information and submits the changes - the banner message states "Success! Your request was submitted for approval." We have employees updating their Gender Identity and Preferred Prounouns. To say that the updates are awaiting "approval" implies the company has to approve of their gender identity and/or pronoun. Can that be changed to something more generic like "Success! Thank you for submitting your updates."
