Many of our managers call me complaining about the same issue and I have had the same problem many times. We have all had to assist MANY applicants in hunting for the reason their application will not submit despite the red *required field banners, very time consuming searching for the reason why it wont submit. Just suggestions: - Turn OFF or change the color of the red banners "All items marked with a * require a response" after the required fields have been pacified. - When clicking the Continue button, it does nothing. Can the system automatically take the applicant to the exact missing field and highlight just it? Or make the missing field WAY more obvious? Any improvements would be greatly appreciated.
Even from Viewpoints own application support, he replied: I will agree of your suggestions. Even working in the portal myself doing testing it never shows me what is missing or incorrect data and requires me to really search for what is off. (case 31847518)

We are also having many issues with this...It would be really nice if it told them what was missing because we are spending so much time on the phone with candidates and supers trying to get them through the application.
